As our province begins to slowly reopen, we are seeing a steady increase in real estate transactions and expect a flurry of sales once the ‘stay at home’ order is lifted.
So how is this going to work?? How are we going to sell homes safely??
Selling in a pandemic is obviously new to everyone so I have compiled some basic guidelines that I will be implementing on EVERY listing moving forward.
First things first, its starts with marketing…
Eye-catching photos and professional videography have always been a big part of our marketing. Our approach is to provide a highly detailed virtual experience, highlighting the property at its best. Since so many buyers are house hunting online, it’s vital that we take our marketing up a notch by offering an unrivaled virtual experience. The goal is to attract qualified ‘real’ buyers and provide them a more in-depth glimpse of the property.
This also reduces the number of in-person visits to only those who are true qualiied buyers.
First things first, it starts off with good communication. Before scheduling any showings, we will make sure that all potential buyers/visitors have viewed the photos/videos, virtual tour, Matterport 3D renderings and agent walk thru videos to ensure only REAL buyers attend showings.
Michael will attend ALL showings to ensure that strict safety guidelines are being followed and control the situation, these safety guidelines include;
